its free with a pocket-friendly data plan, normally for you to stream the live matches on Startimes you will have to pay a subscription fee to Startimes, then use your data to watch the matches ie buy data from your network provider either MTN,9mobile or Airtel, but for Glo subscribers its not the case, once they follow these instructions they don’t need to pay any subscription fee to Startimes
